Online Learning Agreement

El Online Learning Agreement (OLA) es el documento donde defines las asignaturas que cursarás en tu universidad de destino y su reconocimiento en la UPV.

Before you start

  • Check the ETSIT course catalogue before selecting your subjects.
  • Not all courses are available for incoming students.
  • You must meet language and academic requirements.
  • Your OLA must be correctly completed to be approved.

Steps to complete your OLA

  • Go to the OLA platform
  • Log in using MyAcademicID / eIDAS / Google
  • Click on “My Learning Agreements”
  • Select “Create New”

STUDENT INFORMATION

Student details: Fill in your personal information.

IMPORTANT:

  • Field of Education → you must select the field corresponding to Spain (your destination country), not your home country
  • Study cycle → usually Bachelor or Master

SUBMISSION

Once completed:

  • Review all information
  • Submit the document
  • Wait for approval

OLA status:

  • Pending
  • Approved
  • Changes required

  • The OLA platform automatically notifies all parties involved (student, sending and receiving institutions).
  • You do NOT need to send emails to confirm if it has been received.
  • Please avoid contacting the international office for status updates unless strictly necessary.
  • You can track the status of your OLA directly on the platform.
